Triennes rosé 2025: new vintage
Triennes rosé 2025 has just arrived with us. Triennes is a favourite among Cuchet&co customers and it is easy to see why. Crisp, fresh and beautifully pale pink in colour, it comes from the Provence estate set up by Aubert de Vilaine of Domaine de la Romanee Conti and Jacques Seysses of Domaine Dujac. It is priced at just £14.99 per bottle.
Triennes is a small, organically certified domaine just south-east of Aix-en-Provence. The two famous Burgundians founded the estate in 1989 with a mutual friend, and it is now run by Jacques’ son, Jeremy Seysses.
The focus has always been on freshness and delicacy of flavour. The grapes are picked at night, to preserve aromatics. Minimal skin contact gives the subtle pale pink hue that is a hallmark of the region. Cool fermentation and early bottling ensure optimal finesse and expression. Cinsault predominates in the blend, with a little Grenache, Syrah and Merlot as well.
This Provence rosé is delicious as you would expect it to be. It is superb value for money.
