Domaine Bernard-Bonin is run Nicolas Bernard and Véronique Bonin and consists of nine hectares in Puligny and Meursault. The couple take a minimal intervention, biodynamic approach, and the wines undergo a long elevage of 18 months in barrel of which a small percentage is new.
The Wine Advocate‘s William Kelley calls the domaine “one of the Côte de Beaune’s most talked-about addresses”.
